Our client, a major mining company is seeking a Site Improvement Specialist to join their team for a temporary assignment.

**SITE IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST**

Our client, a major mining company is seeking a Site Improvement Specialist to join their team for a temporary assignment.

**Start: ASAP**

Location: FIFO 5/2 4/3 roster

Hourly Rate: $85.00 p/h + Super

**The Role**:
We are seeking a talented Specialist - Site Improvement to join our clients inclusive and high performing operation where you will seek to identify, lead and support improvement projects across all operational areas of Mining, Mobile Maintenance, Processing and Fixed Plant Maintenance.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Driving and promoting a strong culture of continuous improvement by embedding well-defined business tools among the frontline to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Co-create possible solutions or improvements by collaborating with front-line, supervisors and superintendents cross-site.
- Design and deliver business improvement projects on time, to budget which deliver quality results.

**Experience Required**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve at the right level.
- Customer-focused with the ability to understand customer values and needs.
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to target your audience.
- Passionate about working collaboratively to solve complex business problems.
- Proven ability to engage and inspire others through change.
- Experience with project management, Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
