**What’s the role?**
- Work closely with the internal communications leads to develop digital marketing and communications designs for each program, such as newsletters, posters and digital signage, presentation decks, and social tiles.
- Managing the design needs for internal events, including editing Town Hall videos, designing the creative for our recognition and reward program, community program and Reconciliation Action Plan.
- Developing style guides for each program including use of logos, colours and messaging to communicate to the business.
- The ability to be creative and present new design concepts to take the programs to the next level.
- Maintain a consistent look and feel that reflects News Corp Australia’s brand identity while keeping each individual program unique.

**Who are you?**
- Demonstrated experience in a creative, digital and motion picture role, ideally in-house
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and brands while delivering results
- Ability to deliver high quality designs in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail and to deadline
- Strong stakeholder management, especially working with senior leadership and executives
- Excellent skills with the full Adobe creative suite, including photoshop
