The Role & Team
Our client is a renowned global technology company with a strong presence throughout Australia, and this role is based at their Corporate Office in Felixstow, north-east of the Adelaide CBD. This people-facing Security Concierge position will work in a team of 4 Security Officers and reports to the Operations Manager, and you will be required to work in a team and also independently. We are keen to hear from those that have a bit of security experience, a Negative Vetting 1 Clearance, or a Baseline Clearance. We are also looking for strong IT-literacy, and exemplary customer service and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for several duties such as:

- Managing the reception desk - including assisting people that have forgotten their access cards, supporting visitors with the sign-in process, assisting couriers, and interacting with facilities maintenance staff.
- Monitoring other sites in Australia and New Zealand remotely - for example, doing detailed security checks in our systems to provide our client's staff access at another site, where appropriate.
- CCTV monitoring - you may be required to monitor CCTV if there's an incident, do monitoring in that immediate area and get any required footage.
- Patrols & Report Writing - You will be required to do patrols on all levels of the building, as well as the external perimeter, and prepare and submit concise and clear incident reports when required.

What we're Looking for
- Current and Valid South Australian Security Licence.
- A high level of customer service skills.
- IT-literate, and willing to learn new systems.
- Experience working with security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Monitoring. (Experience with Lenel would be highly desirable.)
