**About the Role**

In this role you will:

- Welcome customers to our luxurious and modern salon
- Assist customers with their queries
- Oversee and maintain cleanliness and the presentation of our store
- Operating and recording services through a POS system
- Answering calls and taking appointments
- Lodging services and database collection
- Record and send performance reports back to head office
- Able to take pictures of our salons and services for social media
- Experience in a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills and confident phone manner
- Desire to deliver high levels of customer service
- Well-presented and approachable mannerisms

We prioritise the customer's comfort and experience, ensuring they feel good in our salons, and even better and more confident once they leave. We want to modernise this experience and make it an enjoyable one for anyone who comes in.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hornsby, NSW 2077: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
