Here’s a bit about the role
As the Clinic Receptionist, you will serve as the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every client. Your role extends beyond greeting clients; you will be the initial point of contact for understanding and addressing their needs.
Driven by results and equipped with excellent listening skills, you will recommend high-quality skin and treatments, with a focus on the best interests of our clients. This position offers an ideal entry point for recent beauty graduates aspiring to kickstart your careers in the medical-grade sector of the beauty industry, with comprehensive training provided.

- A passion for customer service and a natural ability to build relationships and rapport with new and returning clients.
- Interest in Beauty Therapy or studying Beauty Therapy a bonus
- An eye for identifying sales opportunities and the ability to process sales and re-booking clients using Zenoti.
- Professional and friendly phone etiquette when handling incoming calls.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for late nights and weekend shifts.
