**About our Centre**: Goodstart Yamanto is a beautiful 74 place service, caring for children from Toddler through to Kindergarten. Our vision focuses on giving children experiences that spark curiosity and imagination. We work from a strong foundation of child focused practice and curriculum. We have a team of passionate and qualified educators with a strong leadership team.

**About you**: We are looking for someone who is innovative, fun, up-to-date with current research, and must be someone who enjoys mentoring and supporting their fellow educators and have high-quality standards.

You’ll help achieve this by

Having a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or Studying towards your Bachelor
Having the desire to be part of a team
Being a role model to other educators, offering coaching, support, and mentoring
Having the passion to develop, implement and evaluate educational programs, whilst documenting every child’s learning development
Having experience working with children with big behaviors
Having excellent knowledge of the Early Years Framework
Having strong communication skills, both written & verbal
