As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team
of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

**Prime Location**: central to a newly constructed transport corridor which allows for easy access to Springfield, Ripley and Brisbane
**We love animals**: we have Miss Moo and Fluffy the guinea pigs, Squirtle the turtle, chickens and our beautiful fish tank

**You’ll need**:
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current QLD Blue Card
