**Interior Construction Services Pty Ltd**is an Adelaide-based building and construction company specialising in interior construction and fit-outs for residential homes. Established in 2010, the company has built a strong reputation within the construction industry for delivering quality projects and reliable service.
We have successfully completed a number of construction projects over the years and continue to grow steadily, expanding the scale and scope of our construction activities across the region. In addition to managing construction projects, we are also a leading supplier of construction materials, trading as Rocwall, and offering a wide range of products including plasterboard, fibre cement, metal building systems, and more.
We are currently seeking a **full-time Building Associate** to supervise on-site construction projects, including the planning and coordination of materials, human resources, and subcontractors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Company Head and Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating building construction projects.
- Supervise construction sites and manage the organisation of materials and labour.
- Support Site Managers and Builders by planning work schedules, assigning tasks, and overseeing construction activities.
- Communicate job expectations and project timelines to subcontractors, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
- Ensure site operations comply with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Estimate material costs and coordinate procurement of building materials.
- Monitor the efficient use of materials and workforce on-site.
- Track project progress and resolve any on-site issues that may arise.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the construction process.
- Prepare site reports, maintain work schedules, and update project progress records.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Read, interpret, and review site documentation including drawings and specifications.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Relevant qualification in Construction, Building, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a site-based supervisory role.
- Sound understanding of on-site construction operations, materials, and workforce coordination.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, solve problems under pressure, and communicate clearly with team members, managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

**Role and Salary**:
- Full-time position
- Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per annum plus superannuation.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
