**Wanneroo Mitsubishi and Isuzu UTE **are seeking a customer focused **Casual** **Receptionist** for an exciting opportunity to join their vibrant team. To be considered, you will excel at providing excellent customer service and continuously maximising guest satisfaction. You will also act as a passionate brand ambassador, consistently promoting the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with our customers.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Welcoming customers into the showroom and talking with customers over the phone.
- Overseeing the presentation of the reception area and customer lounge.
- Liaising with the sales staff to ensure all customer requirements are met.
- Directing messages and enquiries as appropriate.
- General administration duties.

**YOU**:

- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Enthusiastic, friendly and proactive demeanour with a helpful attitude
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
