**How will I help?**
- 12 months Max Term contract (Maternity leave cover) role

This role is within the Group Investigations leadership team which is responsible for the management of complex serious misconduct investigations inclusive of all Whistle-blower investigations.
**Some of your key responsibilities will be**:
- You will be conducting investigations and supporting investigators in managing challenging priority investigations, including drafting of Investigation plans (IP) and reviewing of final investigation reports against evidence collated in accordance with IP.
- Empowering a team of specialist investigators to deliver investigations that meet the investigative standard expected for presentation to a Court, Tribunal, Judicial or Administrative review.
- Ensuring strict adherence to our regulatory obligations through encouraging prompt escalation of compliance incidents and suspicious matter reports.
- Leading and developing an agile team who build trust by being responsive to stakeholders when they call out wrongdoing.
- Driving the ongoing maturity of our Group Investigations Standard Operating Procedures, investigative tools and practices through supportive leadership and role modelling

**What do I need?**
You will be degree qualified, minimum of a bachelor’s degree. You will have 7-10 years’ experience in a professional or corporate environment, ideally within a regulatory environment. You will have demonstrated experience in managing key stakeholder relationships. As a leader, you will have a natural ability to lead, motivate and set clear priorities along with the agility to roll up your sleeves and get into the detail when required. You will have experience and understanding of core Investigation principles. Your experience in report writing for senior level stakeholders will be highly advantageous, and you will be someone who enjoys simplifying complex messages to your audience. You will have demonstrated leadership in conduct investigations.
