One of the most respected Men’s fashion brands - founded in Australia is growing They are opening their first Canberra location in the coming months. They are looking to bring talented people into the business now in order to have the right people in the right roles when they open Considered a pioneer in men’s designer fashion - we are looking for a new store team, Boutique Manager, Assistant Boutique Manager and Full Time Stylist, Their teams are genuine, and knowledgeable and provide an exceptional customer experience through styling and relationship building.

As this brand has never been located in Canberra before we are sourcing the best talent to lead and open this store in the coming months. This is a wonderful opportunity to make your mark in a new role. With amazing support from a talented head office team you will be set up for success and feel supported each step of the way. This is a truly great opportunity to join a leading brand in the Australian Designer space.

We are looking for people who have a love of fashion and styling, people who are addicted to customers and understand what customer relationship management is all about.

**About You**:
You have a sense of confidence and style - your ability to lead your team to success will be key here. You set clear expectations and are passionate about your own growth as well as your teams.
- Previous sales experience in a similar fashion retailer
- A thorough understanding of all KPI's and in store financials
- Professional and results focused leadership style
- The ability to problem solve, look for areas of opportunity and drive the business as your own
- Up to date knowledge on market trends, particularly in menswear
- Adaptable to change
