Our client is an Australian based luxury skin care company who is looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead their team within their Canberra Store. This client emulates the senses through botanical skin care products used to relax, soothe and treat the skin, hair and body. Priding themselves on culture, values, charity and environment impact.
**About the Job**:
We are looking for someone who is sales driven, who strives to achieve and exceed sales and KPI results. Someone who leads from the front and can give a wonderful customer experience throughout. Immaculately presented and is strong within their communication to build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers. My client focuses on professional development and growth opportunities within the business.
**About You**:
- Previous Store Management and Sales experience required
- Passion for driving sales through event management
- Taking a meticulous approach to each aspect of your role
- Creatively minded and open to learning new products
