We’re on the hunt for an experienced Store Manager to take the reins at our large, two-level rebel store at Westfield Doncaster. This is a high-performing, well-oiled machine with a solid leadership team of four, plus dedicated Visual Merch support. Our team knows how to work hard, kick goals and have fun.
We’re after someone who’s been in the Store Manager seat and has strong operational experience under their belt. You’ll be leading from the front, managing a medium-sized team of 50+, and driving performance with energy, clear expectations, and a hands-on approach. If you live and breathe KPIs, love coaching others, and know how to get the best out of your team, we want to hear from you.

Our Store Managers are champions of our people. They lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best by providing outstanding customer experiences. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
- Senior retail management experience.
- A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
- A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
- Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
- Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
