We’re a fast-growing retailer bringing the **latest in home robotics** to everyday households—from robotic vacuums to lawn care solutions and more. With multiple store locations and a growing brand presence, we're now on the lookout for **experienced Store Managers** ready to take charge.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Driving sales** through proactive outreach, foot traffic engagement, and team training
- **Generating leads** and managing a pipeline of potential customers
- Delivering a consistent **in-store experience** that reflects our innovation and product quality
- **Rostering and managing** a retail team with confidence
- Monitoring and **managing budgets** and store KPIs
- Creating a high-energy environment focused on **sales process excellence**

**What You Bring**
- Proven experience as a **retail store manager or assistant manager**:

- A natural ability to **approach and talk to anyone**—you enjoy the thrill of sales and creating customer connections
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Confidence using sales processes to **drive performance**:

- Passion for innovative tech or gadgets is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
