**About the Role**:
NARM Rubber Manufacturing is seeking a motivated **Factory Hand** to join our friendly team in Wacol.
This hands-on role involves **pressing, trimming, and packaging rubber products** to a high standard.

**Key Details**:

- **Pay**: $29/hour (Award Wage)
- **Hours**: 7:00am - 3:30pm, **3-4 days per week**:

- **Type**: Permanent Part-Time / Casual
- **Location**: Wacol, Brisbane
- **Flexible hours available**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Operate basic machinery to press rubber components
- Trim and finish rubber products accurately
- Package finished products ready for delivery
- Follow all workplace health, safety and quality standards
- Work collaboratively in a supportive team environment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Physically fit and able to stand for shifts
- Punctual, reliable and eager to learn
- Positive attitude with good attention to detail
