This professional ECE provider has been established for over 20 years in Sydney with some long standing Directors who are truly passionate and immersed into the ECE sector.

This organisation is committed to quality Early Childhood Education & Care through upskilling, professional development, networking, conferences, leadership enhancement and research. This has impacted the quality of their centres program and promotes a low staff turn over and positive working environment where educators feel valued.

**Your new role**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ECT qualified and experienced Director to step into the role of Operations Manager and join their small Operations support team.
You will be supported by their CEO and Senior Operations manager in providing personalised support, mentoring and guidance to the Directors each each site.

The role is based our of their Head office in North Sydney twice a week and involves travelling to site visits approx 3 days per week with some WFH benefits when required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- ECT qualification
- Centre Director experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- An in depth knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and Early Childhood regulations
- The ability to network in the sector, share information and build strong partnerships
- The ability to advise Directors over the phone eg compliance, award rates and child protection
