Lead Educator

We are looking for an experienced Lead Educator who is passionate and committed to playing a critical leadership role at an exceeding-rated service in Deepdene (near Kew/Balwyn).

Architecturally designed with generous play spaces, Deepdene is a 100-place service offering abundant natural light and opportunities for play-based exploration for children under five. The service has only opened recently, and enrolments are taking off like crazy

Many opportunities throughout the day allow children to interact with various ages whilst still taking advantage of age-appropriate indoor and outdoor play spaces that promote personal unique development.

Requirements of the role include:

- A completed Diploma in Child Services (or above)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- A minimum of two years experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Proven ability to provide high-quality, innovative programs
- A calm and nurturing nature and a commitment to best practice
- Extensive, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
