We seek an experienced and passionate Diploma Qualified Room Leader to join a vibrant early-years learning service.

Our existing team is highly motivated and experienced and would love to welcome a leader who shares their passion for the little people in our care.

You will join a state-of-the-art service that is architecturally designed with generous play spaces offering abundant natural light and opportunities for play-based exploration for children under five. Mirroring their methodology for learning with unique and sustainable resources that encourage a sense of self-awareness and community engagement, learning environments are open-plan and inviting.

The emergent curriculum offered by the service integrates elements of literacy, numeracy, science, music, social awareness, emotional intelligence and language development into a typical week. There is also access to a weekly visit from an Artist for creative art experiences and a qualified sports coach for an opportunity to work on motor skills.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience leading a room in a a long daycare setting
- A completed ACECQA-approved Early Childhood related Diploma (or above)
- Sound knowledge of relevant learning frameworks
- A confident communicator who is team-orientated.
- Excellent programming and observation skills
- Working With Children Check (Employer)
- Ability to work full-time on a rotating roster
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management (Requirement)
