Be a leader in something new and exciting Van Dough is opening a brand-new store at Victoria Point, and we’re searching for an experienced and motivated Front of House (FOH) Supervisor to help us establish a warm, welcoming, and efficient environment from day one. **About the Role**

As the Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading our team, managing daily operations, and ensuring our store operates smoothly and efficiently. You’ll oversee customer service standards, coordinate product prep and display, and set a positive example for the team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining a high standard of service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, support, and motivate the FOH team to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, ensuring consistency in espresso-based drinks and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee product display, stock management, and visual merchandising to keep the store inviting and well-stocked.
- Train and onboard new staff, ensuring they understand Van Dough’s service standards, coffee preparation, and product knowledge.
- Monitor store cleanliness and organization, ensuring all health and safety standards are upheld.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handle cash management tasks, including daily reconciliations and ensuring transaction accuracy.
- Coordinate with the back-of-house team and suppliers to manage inventory, reducing shortages and overstock.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
