- Comfortable with manual lifting.
- High Level of Accuracy - attention to detail.
- Highly organized, self motivated.
- Full Australian Manual Drivers Licence is preferable.
- Ability to work hands on (must be physically fit).
- Knowledge of fabrication and assembly methods including LED's / illuminated signs would be preferable

**Duties, but not limited to**:
- Cut and applicate graphic lettering to substrates including Large Format Printing - Operate Large Format printers / Laminators for production (not essential training will be provided)
- Maintaining and pre-empting orders and stock control.
- Laminate digital prints and associated trimming and prep works.
- Prepare illuminated signage and LED's for assembly.
- Assist sign installers with installations

**Bonus Attributes for this position**:
- Trade related tickets would be of value.
- Working quickly to deadlines, within budget.
- Work outside normal work hours if necessary to meet deadlines.
- Positive and good communication skills with staff and client

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
