**About Flower Power**
Flower Power is a family-owned business with ten garden centres across greater Sydney. We produce all signage in-house in our modern and well-equipped Sign Shop.

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Working closely with our Sign Shop Manager to achieve the overall signage goals in a fast-paced environment.
- You will be required to operate the following equipment:

- Roland XC-540 Soljet roll-to-roll printer
- Mimaki JFX-500 flatbed printer
- Zund G3 cutter
- Create artwork based on Signage Requests provided by the Marketing Manager.
- Set-up signage files for print production and finishing including banners, laminating ACM and PVC, packaging, vinyl installations on vehicles.
- Help manage deadlines for delivery of signage to stores.
- Identify areas for continued growth and improvement of our signage production and processes.

**Skill Required**
- Signwriter industry experience including wide-format printing.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficient in Windows to drive our printers and RIPs.
- Enthusiastic with a positive can-do attitude and problem-solving approach.
- Ability to multi-task with an eye for detail and accuracy, including typography.
- Demonstrate efficient time management and organisational skills.
- On-site training is available, however skills in the key areas will be highly regarded.
