**Key responsibilities for this stimulating and rewarding position include**:

- Liaising with external providers
- Scheduling suppliers to ensure progress of builds
- Negotiating with external parties
- Administration of building files
- Ensuring the timely receipt and upkeep of construction information

The person we are seeking is a bright, energetic self-starter capable of working with mínimal supervision.
