A fantastic opportunity exists to join Zurich’s General Insurance Underwriting team as an Assistant Underwriter.

In this varied role, you will utilise and develop a broad knowledge across multiple lines of business to handle complex tasks across the Liability underwriting portfolios. You will support broker and customers queries and support general underwriting operations, including processing invoices, policies, endorsements, and cancellations. Collaborating with Underwriters and Service Consultants, you will ensure service activities are achieved within service level agreements and coordinate responses with appropriate stakeholders where required.

**Important to your success - let's grow together**
- Previous experience within an insurance role, with a general knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Ability to ensure prompt and effective response to client requests and interactions.
- Exceptional customer service delivery
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain trustful, working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong attention detail with the ability to process information with a high level of accuracy.
