**Summary of Responsibilities**:

- The planning for embellished, 3rd party and intercompany goods
- Ensuring continuity of supply of 4rd party and intercompany products within agreed supply parameters
- The inventory control of packaging and embellished finished goods (within Australia)
- Understanding supplier capacities and conducting monthly capacity analysis on key suppliers
- Tracking inbound shipments to ensure on time delivery versus supplier and freight provider commitments
- The coordination and development of the systems to support these areas
- Other areas of focus include acting as an agent for continuous process improvement and ensuring adherence to Supply policies and procedures
- Working on projects to continually improve Supply Chain efficiencies through our Global Network
- Weekly meetings with the Demand Planning team to discuss Supply constraints and issues and identify ways to mitigate risks
- Weekly meetings and promo activity reviews with the Trade Strategy team to discuss Supply constraints and issues and identify ways to mitigate risks

**You’ll succeed because you have**:

- Supply Planning experience in a multi discipline manufacturing operation
- Experience with local embellishment planning desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiating skills
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- PC skills essential for Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Experience with SAP is desirable
