Do you speak Serbian and want to support your community?

Beata Homecare is looking for **Serbian Speaking Home Care Workers **to join our team to assist clients with household duties and transport.

Beata Homecare provides home care services to support the independence of elderly and disabled clients from various cultural backgrounds in various areas in Melbourne.

**Role**:
Duties may include:

- **_personal care_** (showering, grooming, dressing)
- **_in-home respite_**:

- **_domestic support_** (cleaning, meal preparation, laundry)
- **_transport in your own car_** (to appointments, shopping, activity groups)
- **_providing companionship_**

This is a casual position. Part-time opportunities are also available.

PPE provided & reimbursement for travel between clients.

**Requirements**:

- **_Must be able to speak Serbian / Bosnian / Croatian / Macedonian_**:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support/ Disability OR nursing student
- Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)
- CPR Certificate (within 1 year)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compassionate, dedicated, reliable, honest, ethical, willing to learn, able to work autonomously
- Must be able to travel to various locations efficiently

Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
