A Pita Pit Manager plays a critical role in the delivery of outstanding quality, service and cleanliness in our restaurants every day. In this role, through exceptional people practices, you drive a customer-obsessed culture in the restaurant to deliver excellent results. Each day you will lead the shift to ensure that the restaurant operates smoothly and safely whilst engaging with the crew.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**

A successful Pita Pit Manager will lead a team to deliver outstanding results during their shift in all areas of the restaurant, including:

- Customer Service
- Food Safety
- Profit
- Workplace Health & Safety and Security
- Cleanliness

In addition, they will demonstrate the following personal competencies:

- Leadership
- Self-motivation
- Flexability

**Essential Criteria**
- Demonstrated experience in working in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Previous Pita Pit or other fast food experience will be highly advantageous but not essential

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brisbane, QLD 4000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
