**Gradi Crown Bar** is looking for energetic **Bar and Front of House Team Members**to join our team

We’re looking for passionate hospitality professionals who thrive in a busy, high-energy bar environment and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.

Whether you’re crafting cocktails, making coffee, or delivering service on the floor, this is a great opportunity to join one of Melbourne’s most recognisable hospitality groups.

**Required**
- Experience within a fast-paced bar or hospitality venue (cocktail and coffee experience highly regarded).
- **Current RSA certification.**:

- Availability for weekends and public holidays (non-negotiable during peak periods).

**Salary** - Casual Level 2 / Part-Time & Full-Time Level 3 (award rates apply).
**Location** - Gradi Crown Bar, Southbank.

**About the Role**
The Bar / FOH role is hands-on and customer-focused. You’ll prepare drinks and coffee, assist with service flow, maintain presentation and cleanliness, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Full training on house systems and beverage standards will be provided.
