**What You Will Be Doing**

Are you passionate about using data to drive improvements and making healthcare safer for patients? Come and join our dynamic Safer Care Unit team as the project officer for reducing harm from Healthcare associated complications You will be an integral member of our amazing Safer Care team, working alongside the Health Information team and supporting clinical staff to provide better care for patients through improvement projects.
The key areas of the role include:
Project management using a robust project methodology
Improve knowledge and efficiency of Hac's data using developed software
Engage with clinical teams to improve engagement and drive improvements in patient care

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in managing data sets
- Minimum 5 years post graduate experience in acute health setting
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience in successful stakeholder engagement
- Understanding and experience in project management
