**Overview**:
Firbank Grammar School is seeking passionate ELC Co-educators to work in the Early Learning Centre at our Brighton Turner House Junior Campus. We are looking for passionate Co-educators who share our passion for providing the best possible care and high-quality learning support for children aged between 3-4 years old. We aim to create a nurturing environment that gives our children the mechanisms to learn and develop their young minds at such a crucial stage in their lives.

Current schedule availabilities:

- Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm
- Monday - Friday 11am - 6pm
- Monday - Friday 11am - 5pm
- Monday - Wednesday 11am - 5pm

Your role within the ELC will be to assist in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of a developmentally appropriate program for individual children or groups. You will work well in a collaborative environment and be able to communicate effectively with children, providing a safe, clean and welcoming environment. Other duties and tasks may include:

- Assist with the provision of learning equipment and materials
- Help in the day-to-day running of the program
- Arrange suitable displays and documentation of children's work
- Help in supervising children at all times
- Identify and address child safety risks
- Facilitate small group learning opportunities

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma of Children's Services
- Current WWCC
- First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain one)
- Be an exceptional team player
- Great communicator, with exceptional listening skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
