About the role
What you'll bring to the role
- Experience in fundraising and philanthropic management, including prospect research, the creation of targeted proposals, grant writing and relationship management, specifically within the arts sector.
- Ability to manage strategic relationships with a track record of developing and executing successful cultivation strategies with individual donors.
- Creative approach to donor cultivation and retention strategies, with the ability to identify and create memorable and impactful interactions.
- Experience writing successful grants and fundraising proposals as well as reports and acquittals that demonstrate a creative, innovative and imaginative approach.
- Demonstrated experience of collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve fundraising outcomes.

- Fixed term full time role until 19 December 2025 (parental leave cover), Grade 4.1 with a starting salary of $92,332 plus super.
