Kinetic is offering this Women up front program in Melbourne, and we can't wait to welcome you to living life in the bus lane

Our Women Up Front Trainee Bus Driver program provides the support and training necessary to become a licensed and confident bus driver.

So come learn about the program at our info day, we’ll be making a presentation about the program, taking you for tour of the facilities and getting you in the bus seat to know how it feels followed by lunch and discussions with our existing women bus drivers so you can be fully informed on what the program Is offering

**The program includes**:

- A welcoming and supportive work environment
- A comprehensive induction program featuring both classroom and on-road training.
- Lessons to obtain a Heavy Rigid (HR) license
- Competitive pay throughout the training period

**We are looking for individuals who possess**:

- Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for working with people
- A valid Australian car driver's license (held for at least two years)
- The ability to pass a pre-employment functional test, drug and alcohol screening, as well as obtain a Driver Accreditation (CPV) and Working With Childrens Check.
- Australian work rights (Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen)
