We are looking for a skilled and experienced Concrete Polisher for an immediate start to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality concrete polishing services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and treat concrete surfaces through grinding, honing, and polishing to achieve the desired finish.
- Safely and efficiently operate specialized concrete polishing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the polishing process.
- Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and is completed within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with team members to consistently deliver exceptional results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Concrete Polisher, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.
- Proficient in operating concrete polishing equipment, including grinders, honing machines, and burnishers.
- High attention to detail with the ability to produce consistent, high-quality results with mínimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and within a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- A valid driver’s license is required.

Pay: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour
