**A Day in the Life**

This engaging new role will see you take the lead to develop our Sales Academy, from content design, implementation, through to facilitation. You will own the induction program and empower our sales reps to hit the ground running. Your key stakeholder management skills will play a big part in gaining buy-in to ensure we can set our teams up for success from the very beginning.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with the SME’s to build a number of sales modules for a new induction program that spans over 8 months
- Run workshops on the content you have designed, across the country and virtually
- Work with Sales Managers on competency assessment for new starters
- Conduct any coaching sessions required, nationally, on the systems of CRM and OMS

**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- Agile to work in both reactive and proactive environments
- Content design experience using different training methodologies
- Strong facilitation skills both face to face and virtually
- Understanding of sales processes from building relationships to territory management
- Happy to travel interstate when required
