**Responsibilities**
- Drive #AMAZING sales results.
- Coaching and leadership skills to develop a high-performing team.
- Assist with recruitment, on-boarding and training of new team members.
- Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained.
- Manage stock deliveries and merchandising store.
- Complete monthly rosters and ensure they are costed within hours budget.

**About You**
- Retail experience preferred, or relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Great mentoring skills and the ability to inspire a team.
- Passionate about fashion, styling and current trends, with great visual merchandising and styling skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Driven to deliver #AMAZING customer experiences.
- Thrive in a busy, fast paced environment where no two days are the same.
- Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, permanent resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
