Calming Waves Support Services is seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to join the team, located throughout Melbourne.

We are looking for competent, enthusiastic, and reliable Support Workers, who possess the right empathy, interpersonal skills, and ethics to prioritise the care of our clients. Support Workers are directly responsible for the day-to-day support, personal care and personal development of our clients.

We currently have casual opportunities available for all successful applicants. Shifts are dependent on client needs, varying in length, location and requirements. You will be matched with clients based on your availability, experiences, and client preferences.

You must be flexible to work within a service that provides 24/7 care, including weekends, sleepovers and urgent/cover shifts (with the respect to the availability of our employees).

Essential Selection Criteria (or willingness to obtain):

- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Current National Police Check (no more than 6 months old).
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee status/if working with participants
