**About Us**:
Frankie & George is a busy cafe / restaurant located in the heart of the city, known for its exceptional coffee and food, and our welcoming atmosphere. We are committed to providing our guests with a memorable dining experience, and we are currently seeking a Head Waiter/Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Train new team members on service standards, policies, and procedures.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor dining room activity and address any issues or concerns that arise during service.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining par levels.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and industry trends.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
