**The Grounds is looking for Hosts who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service through inspiring, taking care of every guest, and helping bring our venues to life**

**Who Are You?**

You are passionate about working with people and going above and beyond to create exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint. You are confident, patient, energetic, fast and a great communicator

Requirements will include:

- Experience in a customer facing hospitality role;
- Weekend availability;
- Confident ability and exceptional first impression in person and on the phone;
- Determination to seize opportunities to surpass guest expectations and enhance guest experience from the very first moment of contact;
- Positive attitude, capacity, flexibility, and willingness to be part of a committed team;
- Ability to empathise and friendly approach to customer service;
- Experience using Open Table will be preferred, but not essential;

This is a casual role, and all applicants are required to have full working rights.

The role offers a casual wage aligned with the Restaurant Industry Award, plus super, PLUS staff perks.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $39.00 per hour
