**About the Role**

As a Team Lead, Superannuation Advice, you will play a key leadership role within Advice Services, ensuring our members receive high-quality, compliant, and timely personal advice. You will lead a team of Superannuation Advisers, providing mentorship, coaching, and support to help them deliver the best outcomes for members.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will actively guide your team, oversee performance, and drive a culture of excellence. You will also collaborate with other leaders across the business to continuously improve advice services and enhance the member experience.

**Snapshot of your responsibilities**
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Superannuation Advisers.
- Ensure advisers meet compliance and service standards while providing high-quality advice.
- Manage appointment activity to deliver a seamless and positive member experience.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.
- Identify training needs and support career development for team members.
- Work collaboratively with the Advice Leadership Group to drive key initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
- Occasionally provide financial and product advice within the fund's service provisions.

**What You'll Bring**
- Passion for financial advice and helping members achieve financial security.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial advice.
- FASEA Financial Adviser Exam passed and relevant FASEA-approved qualifications.
- Registered on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register.
- Proven experience leading and coaching teams to achieve high performance.
- In-depth knowledge of superannuation, including Defined Benefit Schemes (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster positive engagement.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to drive change and innovation.
