**About us**:
Oliva Social is a family owned and run Bar, Restaurant and Function venue in the heart of Preston. The name suggests that the heart and heritage of the venue is Italian, making socialising the core of our existence

Functions: Oliva Social prides itself in offering a space that is different from traditional function venues. it is elegant yet casual, and it's large enough to comfortably fit up to 200 patrons.

Bar & Restaurant: Open from Thursday to Saturday ( 5pm till late)

The ROLE
- Maintaining responsibility for the bar section during service
- Working in a customer facing and serving bar, providing enthusiastic and authentic beverage service to clientele
- Developing a strong knowledge about drinks and food menus
- Providing consistent and high quality drinks
- Working as a member of a team ( you will be working mainly with the Bar Supervisor ) but also able to work solo if necessary
- Washing, drying and storing bar dishes when necessary
- Opening up & closing procedures
- At least 12 months bar experience ( cocktails included )
- Strong work ethic and "can do" attitude
- Availability on weekends
- Being able to work in a fast paced environment
- Love what you do

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $36.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
