**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Health and Wellbeing Officer to deliver care and services to a number of Religious Orders across the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Working closely with the Congregational Care Leader, the position will be responsible for conducting holistic assessments, developing, implementing and monitoring care plans and ensuring the timely delivery of services at all times.
