Based in the Melbourne CBD
- Perm. Fulltime. 2 yr contract. Hybrid Work from home/office

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive mental health and wellbeing program, including policies and procedures, resources, training and awareness-raising initiatives
- Provide leadership and guidance to managers and employees on mental health and wellbeing issues, including prevention, identification, and management of psychological injuries
- Conduct risk assessments, monitor trends, and use data to develop and evaluate programs to promote psychological wellbeing and manage risk
- Work collaboratively with other departments to integrate mental health and wellbeing initiatives into broader organizational strategies, policies and practices
- Keep up to date with the latest research, trends and developments in the field of mental health and wellbeing, and share knowledge and best practices with other team members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, social work, nursing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a focus on psychological injuries
- Strong knowledge of mental health and wellbeing practices and principles, as well as local and national legislation related to mental health and wellbeing
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and stakeholders, and to build strong relationships with key partners
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Certification in mental health and wellbeing or relevant field is preferred
