**We will count on you to**:
You will take responsibility for Mercer branded products in Australia and NZ and one of Mercer’s key clients. You will assume daily responsibility for the delivery of unit pricing, cash flow reporting, maintenance of reconciliations and analysis of variances and exceptions. You will contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes and systems to minimise business risk and participate in unit pricing related projects.
Responsibilities will include:
- Perform daily unit price calculation and analysis
- Maintain key investment and transaction data reconciliations
- Custodian transactions reporting for various corporate stand-alone and multi-employer funds
- Calculation and implementation of investing and rebalancing process for client’s investment portfolios
- Cash flow monitoring
- Assist with projects, installations and transitions
- Maintain procedure documentation, ongoing training and identifying risk and recommending solutions for current process.
**What you need to have**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role in a corporate organisation
- Knowledge of investment operations and understanding of financial markets
- Strong time management skills
- A methodical working style
- Advanced numerical, reconciliation and problem solving
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate level of Excel competence
- Ability to extract required and details information and gain an understanding of systems providing data for calculations and reconciliations
