** Job Description**:
Locations include Bankstown, Liverpool, Fairfield, Cabramatta, Parramatta, Auburn, and Campbelltown.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and client-focused language, literacy, and numeracy training using adult learning principles and a variety of methodologies.
- Conduct diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of client progress.
- Design, develop, and validate tools and resources that align with program and learner needs.
- Foster learner engagement through real-world, project-based learning and innovative use of technology.
- Maintain accurate records of training delivery and ensure compliance with privacy and reporting requirements.
- Continuously improve professional knowledge and skills through training, curriculum development, and the adoption of new technologies.-
- **Qualifications**:
**It is**essential** you can demonstrate the following criteria**:

- A Bachelor's degree and
- Post-graduate qualification in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or Adult LLN (e.g., Grad Dip TESOL) and
- Relevant Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116); required by ASQA.-
- Demonstrated teaching capability and recent experience delivering client-focused education.
- Proficiency in using classroom technology and an ability to integrate innovative tools into teaching.
- Skilled in conducting assessments using nationally accredited curricula (e.g., EAL, FSK) and frameworks (e.g., ACSF).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working in multicultural learning environments.

** Desirable Criteria**:

- Knowledge of AQTF principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience using learning management systems (e.g., Moodle) and student management systems (e.g., VETtrak).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Industry experience in fields relevant to learners’ job aspirations, such as hospitality, community services, or warehousing.-
