Tennis Services Marketing Specialist

It is an exciting time for Tennis in Australia. Through our Game On Strategy, we have ambitious plans to continue to grow the game from grassroots through to high performance. Our Participation team is transforming how we deliver tennis, with the aim of more people playing more often, regardless of how, where or what format they play. To help us achieve our plans we are looking for a Tennis Marketing Services Specialist to join us on a full-time basis.

About the role

The Tennis Marketing Services Specialist will be a key member of the Member Services team and provide dedicated marketing support across the TA Participation teams and the Member Associations (MA). The role will be responsible for creating fresh and consistent marketing assets and materials aligned to the Tennis brand to support our workforce and MA partners to drive participation.

Reporting to the Tennis Marketing Services Manager, in this role you will:

- Create strong, collaborative partnerships with the Member Association marketers and Participation managers and help them deliver on priority areas.
- Work with the MA Marketing teams to help develop measurable marketing plans with a focus on local area marketing (LAM) for affiliated clubs, venues, and coaches.
- Liaise with Tennis Australia content, social & communications teams on delivery of participation marketing objectives.
- Oversee the development of tennis marketing material, tools, and resources to support the strategic goals of key participation projects including Schools, Clubs, Coaching, Volunteers, and the Member Associations.
- Lead our day-to-day relationship with Canva, the design platform ensuring the organisation is maximising use of the platform through the range of licences.
- Provide training, support and upskilling to all relevant team members and stakeholders to ensure the Canva platform is fully leveraged.

About you

What you will bring to the role:

- Bachelor or diploma qualification in Marketing or related disciplines
- Experience using Canva and social media platforms
- Applies knowledge of the business and marketplace to deliver outstanding marketing material
- Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer centric solutions
- Alignment with the Tennis values of Excellence, Humility, Collaboration and Imagination
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
