**Position**: PT Front of House Manager / Floor Supervisor

**Location**: Campground Kitchen, Braybrook.

We’re on the lookout for a skilled Front of House Manager/Floor Supervisor to help lead our Front of House team. If you thrive in a busy environment, love connecting with people, and have a knack for creating smooth, enjoyable service experiences, we want to meet you

**About the Role**:

- **Support & Lead**: Assist our Venue Manager with day-to-day operations and take the lead in managing the front-of-house team during service. Must be willing to work a section and lead by example.
- **Service Excellence**: Ensure our guests have a top-notch experience from the moment they walk in, by managing bookings, seating, and any service issues with efficiency and a smile.
- **Team Mentor**: Train, motivate, and support our front-of-house staff, fostering a collaborative and positive environment.
- **Operational Support**: Handle shift management, oversee section performance, assist with stock control, and contribute to end-of-day procedures.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in a similar supervisory role in a fast-paced venue.
- **Leadership & Support**: Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide the team and step up as needed.
- **Customer Service Expert**: A genuine people-person with exceptional service skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to maintain high standards in service and operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- **Flexible Availability**: Ready to work alongside our team during peak service times, including evenings and weekends.
