**Job Description: Personal Assistant & Marketing Officer (Part-Time) - EduVerifi**

**Position**: Personal Assistant & Marketing Officer (Part-Time)
**Location**: Remote/Office-Based (Hybrid option available)
**Hours**: 15-20 hours per week

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**As a Personal Assistant**:

- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Provide support for personal and business tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**As a Marketing Officer**:

- Develop and implement digital and traditional marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports.
- Manage EduVerifi’s online presence, ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with partners and organize promotional events or webinars.
- Identify and leverage marketing trends to expand EduVerifi’s market reach.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in administrative or executive support.
- Previous experience in marketing, ideally within education or tech sectors.
- Strong communication, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Canva )
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for brand building and campaign management.
- Flexibility and problem-solving ability to handle diverse responsibilities.
