**What will you be doing in this role?**
- Follow up job status, prepare and issue invoices for jobs completed.
- Liaise with operational staff and/or the Accounts Manager to obtain any omitted or incorrect information needed for the creation of invoices.
- Act as a backup to receive and process customer payments, including credit card payments. Prepare banking on a daily basis, including petty cash, and enter into MYOB and Inquiry System.
- Meet Debit collection targets and reconcile debtors and prepare the weekly reports.
- Deal with staff induction and making sure that staff are complaint in various induction portals.
- Manage compliance with external stakeholders’ induction and safety requirements.
**What experience & skills/attributes will you have?**
- You must have full working rights in Australia
- Previous demonstrated experience would be highly advantageous
- High level of initiative and ability to take personal responsibility and drive activities to agreed outcome
- Microsoft Office skills
- Team player with a strong ability to multitask, organise and prioritise workload
- Fully COVID-19 vaccinated
