As a result, we are looking for experienced Process Workers to join our production team based at our facility in Banyo. They will manage day-to-day tasks and ensure the smooth running of production while adhering to safety and quality standards. **Description**:
We are looking for people who work best in a hands-on role, enjoy working as part of a diverse team but have the capacity to also work autonomously. We have the following full-time permanent shift available from Monday to Friday:
Job Summary
**Position**: Full-Time Permanent Roles (Monday to Friday)
**Shift Available**:

- Assembly: 5.54am to 2pm
- Packing: 15.44 to 23:50

Key Responsibilities
Assembly (5.54am to 2pm)
- Assembly Line: Perform repetitive actions and portion components onto meal trays.
- Assembly Line Fillers: Ensure continuous product availability, involving lifting, pushing, and pulling racks and Tubs up to 15kgs.

Packing (15:44 to 23:50)
- Packing Lines: Inspect and pack finished meals into cartons.
- Labelling: Ensure cartons are correctly labelled with codes and dates.
- Product Control: Manage outgoing products.
- Freezer Work: Rotate work in the freezer (up to 1 hour per day).
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, conveyors, machinery, and sanitize all food production equipment to the highest standards.

Key Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to work in cooler environments (around 8°C).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in work and team.
- Enjoyment of physical and repetitive work.
- Previous experience in a 24-hour FMCG environment
