As a result, we are looking for experienced production workers to join our production team based at our facility in Banyo. They will manage day to day tasks and ensure smooth running of production while adhering to safety and quality standards. **Description**:
We are looking for people who work best in a hands-on role, enjoy working as part of a diverse team but have the capacity to also work autonomously. We have the below shift available:

- Casual positions (Guaranteed 5hrs per day, scope of working up to 7.6hrs to 10hrs if required)
- Availability for 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday
- Start time 10pm

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- High Care Night - Kitchen: Sorting and cutting vegetables by hand, machine operation - mincing, slicing, dicing, mixing and marinating of produce, stock control/ temperature control of completed components.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Able to work in cooler environments - our factory is around 8 degrees Celsius
- The ability to work under pressure and to strict time frames and quality standards
- Have a great eye for detail and take pride in your work and your team
- You enjoy doing physical and repetitive work and like to know what your work is every day
- Whilst not essential previous experience in a 24 hour FMCG environment would be advantageous.
