**Job Description**:
Below is a list of typical duties the coordinator will be involved in:

- Main focus will be on administrative tasks to assist in the smooth running of the Sales & Marketing department;
- Working with the Corporate Sales team to create and develop Corporate Account Profiles;
- Collation and communication of information regarding business proposals, business leads, business updates and review, marketing and promotional campaigns;
- Develop an extensive knowledge of the hotel’s rates, packages, and operational details;
- Conduct site inspections with current and potential clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a luxury hotel environment
- Have a capacity and willingness to learn new skills
- Strong administration and coordination skills
- Ability to effectively manage priorities
- Have a good attention to detail
